Video Part 1 explains Fall and its effect on the weather and the body. Instruction is give for tracing the meridians involved (Lung and Large Intestines). Tapping the acupoints along these meridians is also shown. The major focus of these exercises is the Lung meridian as it is the yin flow of the Lung and Large Intestine pair. As the yin meridian, Lung flow has a balancing effect on the Large Intestines.
